94  Now, Jehovah had a bride that He loved, but she went whoring (What'd she do?) after the--the other powers of the world.

95    And what did He do with this godly, old, anointed prophet? Which, the Word of the Lord comes to the prophet. He came. That old prophet, Samuel, walked up to him. He said, "Children, gather around me a minute. I want to talk to you, all of you. What do you want a king for? Jehovah is your King."

96    What do you want a creed for? The Bible is your creed. The Bible is the Truth. The creeds are lies. You're dead, man-made.

162    Now, God has seven compound, redemptive names. We know that. And you cannot separate them from Christ. You can't separate them. Christ met every one of those compound, redemptive names. You believe that? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] He, do you believe He is Jehovah-Jireh, "the Lord's provided sacrifice"? ["Amen."] Then what about Jehovah-Rapha, "the Lord heals all thy diseases"? ["Amen."] And if that wasn't applied to Christ, then He wasn't Jehovah-Jireh. So you can't separate it, the whole thing is wound up, and there you are. He can't be Jehovah-Rapha without being Jehovah-Jireh, neither can He be Jehovah-Jireh without being Jehovah-Rapha. "He was wounded for our transgressions, with His stripes we were healed." There's no argument about That.

169 I said, "Do you believe the seven redemptive names, compound names belongs to Jesus? If He wasn't, and didn't fulfill, and in Him was them seven compound names, He wasn't Jehovah-jireh. There is Jehovah-jireh, 'God's provided sacrifice,' and you'll have to admit that or say He wasn't the Son of God. Then if He is Jehovah-jireh, He's Jehovah-rapha, the Healer also. For all seven compound names, 'our victory,' 'our banner,' and 'our shield,' and 'our buckler,' and 'our healing,' and 'our salvation,' 'our provided sacrifice,' all laid in Him. And when He died at Calvary, He spoiled principalities, raised up, throwed His hands up, said, 'It's finished.' Hallelujah. Devils trembled; hell shook; the...?... went every way. And He rose up on Easter morning, 'I am He that was dead and is alive again.' There He is, Jehovah-rapha, Jehovah-manasseh. Jehovah-jireh, God's provided sacrifice." Couldn't have a word to say.

116  Now, one day the human race was in a trap, and there come Someone to the earth, by the Name of Jesus Christ. Jesus means "Jehovah Saviour." And He went down to the Jordan of death. Went over the Jordan, in death, and rose up on Easter morning, with the evidence that a man can live after he dies. Hallelujah! Death is not the end. Jesus proved it, that a man can live after he dies.

286  Therefore, after Him, the Fullness, we cannot point to something else. It points back to Him, the Word. [Brother Branham picks up his Bible--Ed.] This is the complete Revelation; nothing can be added or taken away from It. There is the complete Revelation. All that, a shadow of Him to come; but when He come, He was the Perfect. Hebrews 1, "God in sundry times spoke to the fathers through the prophets," God spoke through veils, the prophets, "but in this last days through His Son, Jesus Christ." There you are. Unveiled out there on Calvary, the Son of God, unveiled.

36  Now, when a shadow comes across the floor, you can tell whether it's man, woman, or beast, or whatever it might be, because it casts a shadow upon the floor. And as that shadow gets shorter, the shadow being the negative; and there cannot be a negative without a positive. Therefore, when the positive becomes closer to the negative, the negative is swallowed up in the positive. The shadow and the--and the positive comes together, and that's what makes it then the positive.

And if "all the old things," the Bible said, "in the Old Testament, was shadows of the things to come," then therefore Christ was the shadow of things to come.

(293-2) Israel used to take the red heifer and sacrifice her upon the altar for the remission of sins. For a year the sins of the guilty one was covered. But that covering could not take away the desire for sin. It was not a perfect offering. It was a shadow until the real came along. So each year the man would sacrifice and each year come back because he still had the same desire to sin. The life of the animal atoned for his sin, but being animal blood that was shed and animal life that was given it could not come back upon the man. If it had come back, it still would not have availed. But when Christ the perfect substitute was given, and His blood was shed, then the life that was in Christ came back upon the repentant sinner and that life being the perfect life of Christ, sinless and righteous, then the guilty one could go free for he had no desire to sin. The life of Jesus had come back upon him.

That is what is meant in Romans 8:2,

147  Notice another great sign. The Jews are in their homeland; their own nation, their own money, a member of the United Nations. They got their own army. They got everything. They're in their homeland; which, Jesus said, "Learn a parable of the fig tree." There they are, right back in their nation. This day this Scripture is fulfilled, the Jews in their homeland.

108 Now, to you my Jehovah Witness friends, understand now, that these hundred and forty-four thousand has nothing to do with the Bride. There's not one bit of Scripture to support that. No, sir, they are not. They are Jews, the elect that's called out during the time of the last three and a half years of Daniel's seventy weeks. Now, that's... I--I keep--keep quoting this over, not so much to you all here, but (See?), people... These tapes go everywhere. You see? You understand that. You hear me quoting back; it's for that purpose.

156 There were millions in Palestine at the days of the prophecy of Elijah, and seven thousand was saved out of millions. Now, according to the election, where millions of Jews are gathering into their homeland (it's become a nation) there'll be millions in there, but only one hundred and forty-four thousand elected ones will be taken. They will hear the Message.

264 Them Jews are, they're the most religious people in the world; God's chosen. But He blinded them to take us, and we turn it down. What is the judgment of the Gentile church? There you are. See? Blinded purposely by God, so that He could get us, the Bride, for Jesus. Take them out of the... See, and foretypes it and everything...

8 Paul speaking here, said, "The Jews, in the line of the Gospel, was blinded and away from God, that, for our sake." But the verse just before that, said, "All Israel will be saved." All Israel will be saved. According to the election, God the Father has loved them and blinded them that we Gentiles might have a place now of repentance, that, through Abraham, his Seed could bless all the world according to His Word. See how the sovereignty of God is? His Word's just got to be. He just can't be nothing else. And now we, by... God has elected us; He's elected the Jew; and He's...

198 Did you get that? God has dealt with us exactly the same amount of time that He dealt with the Jews from the time He give Abraham the promise until the rejecting of the Messiah in A.D. 33, was 1954 years. And now, we have seventeen years left. We had about 1930 something years. We got seventeen years left until '77 will be the seventieth jubilee since the beginning of jubilees. And what will it be? Oh, brother. Watch close now. Don't miss it. It'll be the Jubilee of the going up of the Gentile Bride and the return of Christ to the Jews, when they go out of bondage. Amen. Don't you see? From all the world they've gather there for that day. Oh, my. See where we're at? We don't know what time it might happen. We're at the end time.

130  I was going on up into India, and I said, "Now, on my road back, I'll slip right over here and I'll bring the Message to the Jews, and get them out there and say, 'Is it true?'"

180    Now, the third one is the two witnesses of Revelations 11:11 and 12. Which, these are the ones that turns back, with the Spirit of Christ, to witness to the Jews, like Joseph did to his brethren. And remember, "Their dead bodies laid in the street, for three days and a half. Then the spirit of life came into them, and they were raptured, taken up into Heaven." There is your three raptures of the New Testament. Three raptures of the Old Testament; all of them past.

276 These Jews, a hundred and forty-four thousand, is to be called out by the two witnesses of Revelations 11.

123 There'll be a mighty thing. In my opinion, it'll be a mighty prophet that'll rise and stand before Israel and prove to them that that Messiah is still a-living. That Messiah that they rejected is come, 'cause...

150 Israel returning to their homeland, Israel... Let me just say this. Now, watch. I guess it's off of tape. Let me say this: The very hour that Israel become a nation... The reason I've always believed--before my class here--that there was something, that I'd have a part before I die of getting Israel back to the Lord, because when... The very hour, by the Pan American chart, that Israel was declared a nation for the first time for two thousand years since they'd been scattered, not a people, it was that very same hour, exactly to the hour, that the Angel of the Lord met me up yonder and sent me to the--with the Gospel--the very same thing: May the 7th, 1946.
